Just after 6AM Squad 88 was dispatched to cover Station 29 while they were operating at a Barn fire on Butler Pike. Shortly after dispatch Squad 88 along with Chief and Assistant 88-1 were diverted into the scene. Chief 88 was assigned as the water supply officer. Chief 88 coordinated establishing the 3rd & 4th supply lines.

Engine 700-3 took the hydrant at Butler / Skippack and supplied Squad 88 then into Snorkel 82 who supplied Ladder 7 at the scene. (2500 ft) Assistant 88-1 worked with Squad 6 to lay a supply line from a second water system on Norristown Road to Engine 7. Squad 80 took the hydrant on Norristown road with a heavy hookup and supplied engine 7 with the 4th supply line.
