At 2:23 AM, Fort Washington Fire Company units were dispatched for a water flow alarm in the 200 block of Commerce Drive. Shortly after dispatch, County advised Chief 88 they received a call from the location reporting a restaurant on fire. The box was filled as Chief 88 arrived on scene. Chief 88 confirmed there was a fire in the kitchen with sprinkler activations and had units respond to side C. Engine 88 secured a water supply, stretched a 200ft 1.75" line to the kitchen and extinguished the fire.
