"Live" Burn Demonstration

The FWFC is partnering with the National and American Fire Sprinkler Associations to demonstrate how normal, combustible material found in every home can cause a major fire, severe injury or worse.  The live, side-by-side fire and sprinkler burn demo vividly illustrates the tremendous speed of a typical home fire and its potential for deadly destruction.  It also shows the vital importance of home safety technology that can save lives and reduce property damage - smoke alarms and home fire sprinklers.  Look for the demo at the end of the Field of Dreams driveway.

Medical Helicopter

If not on an emergency flight, a medical helicopter will land on a Loch Alsh sports field.
