At 8:41pm on Memorial day FWFC and mutual aid units were dispatched to the Umami Umami restaurant for a report of smoke from the chimney. The first arriving units had smoke showing and located a fire in the basement. The fire went to a 2nd alarm and it was placed under control just after the 40 minute mark.
