Over the past several weeks, an unidentified group has been performing a telemarketing fundraising effort that supposedly benefits volunteer fire companies in the area. This group has no association with the Fort Washington Fire Company or any other local companies and we do not receive any funds from this group. Our fundraising is done through our direct mail campaign and events such as our annual Hotfoot race. We never solicit funds via telephone.
