Around 0200 hours on Monday February 20th, 88 and 10 units were dispatched to a vehicle accident with (1) person trapped on the E/B side of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Chief 88 arrived on scene and found a single vehicle accident with the driver trapped. FWFC units arrived and extricated the driver in 11 minutes.
