41-R53 Keep Fighting

August 19, 2016

On Tuesday, 08/09/2016, Upper Dublin Police Corporal Bill Carroll sustained a very serious head injury during an incident that occurred off-duty. At this time, Corporal Carroll is receiving treatment for his injuries at a hospital.

Bill is a life active member of the Fort Washington Fire Company, a past Chief Officer and an all-around good man.

We ask that you keep Corporal Carroll and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

41-R53 is Bill’s radio designation

41 = Upper Dublin Police
R = Corporal
53 = Bill’s Badge Number
