On June 28 @ 4:30am station 88 was dispatched for a MVA with injuries on the PA turnpike.  While standing by at the interchange county advised captain 88-2 there was a call for a vehicle stuck in flood waters on PA Ave just before the PA interchange.  Squad 88 made its way back down to PA Ave and saw that everyone was out of the vehicle & that the roadway was flooding.  Squad 88's crew assisted the driver of the vehicle & closed PA AVE & the interchange.
