At 11:21, 88 units were dispatched to Pennsylvania
Avenue and Apel Avenue for a vehicle rescue. Deputy 88-1 arrived and
reported 1 vehicle into a pole with the driver pinned under the dash
board. Squad 88-1 was instructed to "push" the dash upon
arrival to free the patient. Squad 88 was assigned hazard control. The driver was freed in approximately
10 minutes and transported by Second Alarmers Rescue Squad.
